- Unearth Best Venues, Manage Venue Negotiations & Deposits: I’ll help you find the best venues based on the experience you seek to offer. Negotiating with venues to secure the best deals while minimizing deposit risks is a key part of my service.
- Craft Your Retreat Pricing: We’ll carefully map out ALL retreat expenses, including your travel, accommodation, food and teaching expenses, marketing expenses, and my services costs. Creating a pricing strategy that aligns with your retreat’s value is crucial for its success.
- Develop a Strategic Marketing Plan: I will give you all the prompts and structure for a landing page for your retreat with ALL the necessary information to effectively sell your retreat. We’ll propel your retreat into the spotlight with a robust marketing strategy based on email marketing and social media.
- Ensure Legalities by Crafting Participants and Retreat Legal Forms: Ensuring the legal aspects of your retreat venture, I will provide legal forms templates for participants, and draft cancellation policies, terms & conditions, etc.
How do we work together with this program?
- 12 Sessions – 1:1 Meetings (Online over six months): In these sessions, you’ll have all my support. I’ll keep you on track and accountable as we delve into various aspects of marketing, community engagement, and address specific challenges or opportunities. You will receive personalized guidance to maximize your efforts and achieve your retreat goals.
- Homework, Accountability, and Implementation Follow-Up: Throughout this 6-month journey I’ll be your mentor. I am committed to working hand-in-hand with you to ensure the success of your retreat. Expect ongoing support and pre-recorded and workbooks material as we dive into homework assignments, maintain accountability, and implement strategies for tangible results.
- Support via Phone & Email (Throughout the Journey): During six moths, you will experience continuous support with unrestricted access to assistance via email or WhatsApp from Monday to Friday. Whether you have quick questions, need clarification, or seek guidance on pressing matters, rest assured that my commitment to your success extends far beyond our scheduled sessions.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: I understand that your retreat journey is dynamic and may evolve over time. This program is designed to be flexible, allowing us to adapt our strategies based on your progress, challenges, and evolving goals. My goal is not only to meet but exceed your expectations, ensuring that the support provided is always aligned with your unique path.
How much is the cost for this program?
Your investment for this comprehensive retreat mentorship programme is $ 3945 USD
This amount can be made as a one-time payment or choose from the following installment options:
- Option #1: 2 installments of $ 1999 USD – One at the start of the program and the second after three months.
- Option #2: 3 installments of $ 1359 USD – One at the start of the program and the other two every 2 months.
- Option #3: 6 installments of $ 699 USD – One at the start of the program and the others once every month.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Your satisfaction and comfort are a priority for me. I also know that maybe you have try some online programmes in the past, it was too generic, and it did not work for you.
If, after our first session, you feel this program isn’t the right fit for you, I’ll offer a full refund. For cancellations between the first and second sessions, a full refund is also available. After the second session and within the first month, a 50% refund is possible if you decide to discontinue the program.
Unfortunately, after the first month, no refunds will be processed.
It’s important to note that, in the event the retreat doesn’t sell, the non-refundable nature of these fees still applies for the extensive research and marketing services provided. In other words, these fees apply regardless of retreat attendance.
If we have a minimum of four bookings, this amount will be covered by the retreat package costs.
