Booking Process

1️⃣ Choose your room type, and then place your non-refundable deposit of EUR 525 € below.

2️⃣ 50% of your balance is due July 1st, 2025.

3️⃣The balance is due in full August 1st, 2025.

I understand that comfort and privacy are important during your bootcamp retreat experience. We offer both single and double occupancy room options to accommodate your preferences.

Single Occupancy: Enjoy the privacy and space of a room to yourself. The cost for single occupancy is 280 $ more than the double occupancy rate.

Double Occupancy Couples: Share a room and a bed with a close friend or partner.

Double Occupancy Non-Couples: Share a room with another participant in the bootcamp, each with your own bed and space (sharing a bathroom).

Payment Policy for Single Occupancy: If you prefer a double occupancy room and do not have a roommate to share the cost, you will be responsible for the additional 280 $ fee.

Matching Roommates: While we strive to match participants who prefer double occupancy with suitable roommates, we cannot guarantee availability or compatibility. If we are unable to find a suitable roommate for you, or if you prefer to have the room to yourself without sharing, the additional single occupancy fee will apply.

Booking Process: When booking your retreat, please indicate your room preference (single or double occupancy). If you opt for single occupancy, please be prepared to cover the additional 280 $ fee if you do not have a roommate.

What’s Included

Important Notice About Payments:
You might notice two currencies on this page (EUR € and USD $). While the total price of the bootcamp is in USD, the deposit payment is processed in EUR (€).

Why is this?

To ensure compliance with seller of travel laws and safeguard your interests, I’ve partnered with Viajes Chelyan, a reputable travel agency based in Madrid, Spain. This is why the payment button for the deposit reflects EUR (€).

Here’s how it works:

• Your deposit payment in EUR (€) will be converted to USD using the exchange rate at the time of payment.
• The USD equivalent of your deposit will then be deducted from the total price to calculate your remaining balance.
• The remaining balance will be paid in USD.

Viajes Chelyan will handle the processing of your deposit, and both they and I will be available to assist you at every step.
