Marketing that Feels Authentic

Hi friend, this week I feel inspired to talk about marketing that feels authentic. This is something I am working on myself and on my business, as I’ve been reflecting on the fact that I see manipulation and dishonesty in the business & marketing world.

As a business mentor for yoga and wellness experts, my goal is to help you enhance your marketing, making it more effective, clearer, and reflective of the value of your offerings. This, in turn, can help you sell your products and services with more ease.

I share the insights I’ve gained from other coaches and mentors in the past. However, I only do it after trying and integrating them into my business, and seeing positive results.

Authentic Marketing Techniques Are Crucial For Me And My Clients, Avoiding Any Sense Of Coercion Or Delusion.

For me, it is important that my marketing feels authentic and that these techniques don’t feel coercive or delusional, neither for me nor for my clients.

Marketing is a lot about enhancing your communication, and directing the attention toward the aspects you want your potential clients to see. However, This sometimes can be a tricky terrain to walk on. There is a fine red line between showing the value of your offering and tricking those who are listening to buy from you.

Are You Seeing the Red Fine Line in Your Marketing?

Within that context, when I create and share my marketing materials, I often ask myself:

Am I seeing the red fine line clearly?

I’m still learning and experimenting in both business and marketing. While I don’t have everything perfectly aligned, I really believe in the importance of feeling good about your marketing strategies.
What I know for sure, is that I am never going to make unrealistic promises to you like:

💫I will help you build a six-figure wellness business in less than one year…

💫 Do this to earn 5,000 € in one month as a personal trainer…

💫These are the steps to build a completely predictable and successful yoga business…

I know these kinds of messages ‘sell well’ because they are sexy. Let’s face it, after all, we all want the ‘quick fix’ and ‘the straight line to success’. The majority of us feel very uncomfortable with uncertainty.

But I believe, feeling honest and good about your marketing is empowering and crucial.

In our most recent podcast episode, I talked about this. I also talked about authentic marketing with Gaynor Carrillo. You can listen to that interview by clicking the image below. The recording is from an interview with Gaynor for YouTube, and you can find the video version here.

I hope you enjoyed this post and feel free to share your thoughts with me. Always happy to hear from you!

If you learned something new, you’ll make my day by sharing this with other people who might benefit from it.

Thank you!

Manu.

Hi friend, are you looking to attract more clients to your yoga & wellness business? Want to optimize your social media presence to achieve that goal? Then this is for you.

In a recent article, I delved into mastering social media for your business, using a real example from one of my clients.

Today, we’ll explore how you can attract more aligned clients to your yoga & wellness business by optimizing your social media channels, focusing on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

I audited my own platforms and I’m sharing the video, along with my best strategies, with you.

Key Takeaways from the Video:

  1. Put Your Face Forward: Do you have a photo of yourself across your social media platforms? Personalizing your brand with a genuine image can make a significant difference in attracting potential clients.
  2. Introduce Yourself: Make sure to clearly mention who you are and what your business is about on your social media profiles. This helps visitors understand your expertise and offerings right away.
  3. Craft an “I Help” Statement: Define how you serve your clients with a clear and concise “I help” statement. This communicates your value proposition and resonates with your target audience. Need extra help? Check out this free resource.
  4. Include a Call to Action (CTA): Prompt your audience to take action by including a clear call to action in your posts. Whether it’s inviting them to book a session, sign up for a newsletter, or visit your website, a CTA guides potential clients towards engagement.
  5. Strategically Use Top Pinned Posts: Utilize the top pinned posts on your profiles strategically. These posts often receive the most visibility, so leverage them to showcase your expertise, promotions, or client testimonials.

By implementing these strategies, you can attract more clients to your yoga & wellness business through social media optimization.

I’m confident that these tips will help you enhance your social media presence and attract aligned clients to your yoga & wellness business.

Remember, building a business takes time, consistency, and commitment, so please do not get discouraged if sales don’t happen right away. Just look for help and keep going! 🌟

I hope this was helpful.
